How long will my order take?

Production time varies by product, but we aim to ship all orders within 5-7 business days of purchase.

 

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! Rush production is available for an additional fee, depending on the personalization details of your order.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Because every item is personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

 

What if there's a typo in my personalization?

Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order, as typos are not honored once an order is placed. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately by email or message so we can help before production begins.

 

How do I care for my embroidered item?

Most items should be hand washed in cold water and air dried. If ironing is needed, iron on low heat on the back of the item.

 

Do you take corporate or wedding party orders?

Yes! Corporate and wedding party orders are welcome. Please submit your request through our Custom Order form so we can gather all the details.

 

Do you accept gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are accepted.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and standard credit and debit cards.
